DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY

DELIVERY OPTIONS

latelierparfum.com offers delivery in Metropolitan France and in all countries of the European Union:

  • free in Metropolitan France for all purchases.
  • free for orders over 50 euros in European Union countries.

Below this threshold, shipping costs will depend on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the day the order is placed.
Once your order is complete and delivered to a carrier, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number, which you can use to track your order directly online.

RETURNS POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you withdraw within 30 days from the date of delivery of the products, you will find below the steps to return the products to us:

 

STEP 1

Write to us at our email address serviceclient@latelierparfum.com with your order number. Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned. Your right to return goods does not apply to goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or where sealed goods have been supplied, are unsuitable on return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.

 

2ND STEP

After sending your contact form to our customer service, you will be contacted by a member of our team to organize the collection of your order.
You will receive a prepaid return label that you can use at a depot or during a scheduled pickup of your package. If you wish to return your product in another way, L'Atelier Parfum does not offer compensation for the return costs.

 

STEP 3

Pack your return item in a mailer or in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
Please ensure you receive proof of postage or delivery. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returns, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Customers wishing to return fragrance items should consider all labeling and packaging guidelines produced by your area postal service or other courier used.

 

STEP 4

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. Note that all items must be returned unused, with authentic tags and in the original packaging. If the returned goods are not in a condition suitable for resale, we may not accept your return.

 

STEP 5

Once we have processed your returns, our customer service team will contact you by phone or email. Your payment for the goods (including the initial standard delivery charge, but not the additional cost of any premium delivery option which has been chosen) will be refunded by L'Atelier Parfum as soon as possible via the original form of payment, no later than 14 days after we have received the goods (provided you have returned the goods to us within 14 working days of delivery or have notified us of the cancellation).

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.
